I am a business development specialist. I have worked in IT and Internet consulting for 10 years, 7 years for shiftTHINK Ltd. as a partner. I was appointed Chief Communication Officer for a pharmaceutical company in 2009, where I develop a start-up in the area of lifestyle products, and build the digital distribution channel.

I work for a variety of businesses in the areas retail, pharma, luxury goods and services, and finance. My work is about designing and improving business model, strategy, products, services and customer relations for results.

My background is a M.Sc. from the University of Zurich, having studied applied psychology and computer science with a focus on psychological methods, business psychology, social networks, social dynamics, system theory, information design, user experience design and artificial intelligence. I usually work at the interface of business and technology, bridging and synchronizing both worlds.

I am writing a PhD on developing a method combining psychological factors, social filtering and behavioral targeting to generate relevance in an online context.

I am founder and president of the YFEE (Young Female Entrepreneurs & Executives Associa-tion) – a network connecting professional women. I am a member of a number of other business networks and clubs, and I am learning Mandarin Chinese.

 We have 5 cm of new snow, snowfall ongoing. Road traffic has collapsed, part of public transportation ( buses, trams) too.
