* Social Network Analysis

During my work at shiftTHINK I managed the development of software for social network analysis and visualization. I defined the visualization and navigation concept for handling large social networks.

The software implements a data structure for handling relations between entities (persons, organizations), and provides layouting algorithms such as Fruchterman-Reingold, self-organizing maps, Spring, cluster analysis, path analysis; intuitive navigation of large social networks, K-neighbourhood navigation; visualization of hubness, importance and tags.
